Here are 4 ideas to help you get started:

How long is the service? It’s nice to know how long a service typically runs so people can plan accordingly.
What about kids? Visitors with children like to know what to do when they first walk in—should they head to the kid’s classrooms or bring them into the main service? Also, they want to know what kind of care their child will be receiving.
What’s the service like? Let people know the style of music, whether the service is formal or informal, and other details so they know what to expect. Try to make these details reflect the mission and values of your church.
How do people normally dress? People feel more comfortable in a new place when they don’t feel like they stand out.

We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Pioneer Valley Church of Christ a great one!

Service times

PVCC meets every weekend and offers the following service times:

Sundays at 10:00am
1st Wednesday: All-Church Midweek Service at 7:00pm
2nd Wednesday: Men's Midweek Service at 7:00pm
3rd Wednesday: All-Church Midweek Service at 7:00pm
4th Wednesday: Women's Midweek Service at 7:00pm

*If there's a 5th Wednesday, PVCC gathers by Small Group

What can I expect?

How long is a PVCC church service?

In total, a PVCC Sunday service is approximately 90 minutes in length. Services begin with the Worship Ministry leading the church in music - song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, one of our members will share their thoughts on what the Cross means to them and we take Communion. Then there is a short break to meet those around you, while parents take their children to class. After the break, our speaker will come out to share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus.

What's the culture like at Pioneer Valley Church of Christ?

Sunday's at PVCC are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.

What about my kids?

We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week - and at PVCC, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our Children's Ministry program the first time that you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in for the Children's Ministry. Our Children's Ministry serves kids ages infant through Grade 12.
